Thoughts on Clearing Cache

I notice, after a few days of running agents, the cache is at 500MB.

I've also been having issues with prompt sizes exploding and using too much anthropic credits. This motivated me to start looking into logs and cache, and i noticed that cache gets quite big. Also, in production, how does one perform the service of 'reset the db' which is popular for fixing problems in a development environment. But in production, I don't want to lose my data so is it beneficial to clear the cache sometimes? Should I just drop all items from the cache table periodically?

I'm having issues with this too. Twitter agent running a few days is Now exceeding the models token limit... I didn't configure a DB so just using default cache
