Fix highlight groups change on colorscheme change

When the user changes the colorscheme(e.g. using Darklight), there highlight groups for tableau break causing the tabline to look weird.

I need to add an autocommand to redefine the highlight groups on colorscheme changes. It is also probably necessary to let the use configure highlight groups for various colorschemes.
