Visualize reading levels in a regression plot

Description

Create a version of each scatter plot at https://github.com/elimu-ai/ml-storybook-reading-level/tree/main/pmml/step1_prepare that also includes a regression line.

Why?

To get a better visualization of the relationship between each feature and the reading level.
