Button "... show more" is missing for some rooms

Steps to reproduce

Where are you starting? What can you see?

When I open the room #xfce-dev:matrix.org, (38 People inside) and go to the room members list, I only see few people. The button ... show more is missing. I did not find a way to see all the people in the room when using element-desktop.

Cross-checked with Element-Web and Fluffy-Chat: These both are able to show all people in the room correctly.

It's a public room, so it would be nice if you could try to reproduce.

What did you expect?

To see a button ... show more or to just see the full list of people. That actually works fine for all other channels I am in.

What happened instead?

I only can see few of the people in the room

Element: 1.11.50, Crypto version: Olm 3.2.15

How did you install the app?

By adding the element repo + apt-get install

$ less /etc/apt/sources.list.d/element-io.list
$ deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/element-io-archive-keyring.gpg] https://packages.element.io/debian/ default main

I am not hosting a matrix server myself, only using matrix.org channels
