Steps to reproduce

When I try to submit the security key ( I'm sure it is the right one) this Error pops up: Invalid Security Key

Outcome

ERROR : Invalid Security Key which is from src/components/views/dialogs/security/AccessSecretStorageDialog.tsx#L269

Error: Secret storage access canceled which comes from src/SecurityManager.ts#L71 -> AccessCancelledError

Related to #20256 where someone else claims that the key they entered is correct but Element says it's wrong.

This has bitrotted. "Secret storage access canceled" was a symptom of the key being wrong, rather than a problem in its own right.
