Support for application log data

We should add support for simulating application log data with a higher proportion of free-text content than currently available in the track. This will make it possible to simulate mixed workloads from within a single track.

A good starting point could be to support simulation of data and dashboards related to existing Filebeat Modules, e.g. MySQL and/or PostgreSQL. This can later be expanded if needed.

• Identify sample application logs to base track on. The sample needs to be quite large to offer the variety needed for reasonably realistic simulation.
• Parameter sources/runners to manage application log indices with correct mappings and structure.
• Data generating parameter source able to generate infinite amounts of application log data based on statistical distribution of sample data.
• Parameter source able to simulate Kibana dashboards with varying and configurable levels of filtering and time periods.
• Create challenges that simulate a number of common scenarios.
