What did you do?

expected to also see deactivated users, not sure if they are missing on purpose, but since nothing about it is mentioned in the docs, but also the Okta Entityanalytics Dashboard has a "Deactivated" user state at the top, which shows N/A, I'd have expected them to be ingested as well.
Here this seems to take care of setting the asset.status:
