Preconditions:

1. 8.13.0-BC3 Kibana cloud environment should be available.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install RPM agent with --delay-enroll parameters.
2. Then, use the sudo systemctl enable elastic-agent command.
3. Observe that failed to create symbolic link error on running enable command .

• User should be able to install RPM agent using --delay-enroll flag.

What's working fine:

• RPM agent is successfully installed without --delay-enroll Flag.
