Use links panel instead of markdown panels to link to other dashboards in prebuilt beats dashboards

Describe the enhancement: Starting 8.11, users can link to other dashboards from a dashboard using links panel. Documentation here https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/dashboard-links.html and a blogpost https://www.elastic.co/blog/streamline-kibana-dashboard-navigation-with-the-links-panel.

It would be great to replace all markdown panel links in beats pre-built dashboards with this. Would also mean no breakages in links from dashboards to other dashboards when user copies them between spaces.
