Canceling morph (or protoss buildings?) #89

Non-complete units don't get an entity (anymore) because that is very annoying. However this means that morphin workers or Protoss warping buildings cannot be cancelled atm. Should we give unfinished units entities after all? Or maybe allow others to cancel them (as that is the only use case)?
