[need help]I referenced the css from the peerDependencies library, what will happen to tsup?

This is my component library code, I want to know what this code will be compiled into? What can I do to make the component library and business library work properly?
How should the css be referenced when project A uses this package?

import {Table} from '@ui/components'

// need import css like this ? 
import '@ui/components/Table.css'

or just alse import react-resizable/css/styles.css is enought
