Add the ability to add and remove users from the IGNORE_USERS list.

- morgenbot is now case insensitive (#4)

- there's now a rudimentary !ignore and !heed for temporary departures (coworkers on vacation) although it gets reset when the app restarts #5
- improvements to "standup took X minutes"
- improvements to !help
- now using "table" instead of "park

This is super basic right now and gets reset when the app is restarted, so I'll leave this open for now.
