Describe the bug
The user should see a signifier in the topic dropdown on the current problem they are working on.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://edugator.app/code/61a91fa977ad87814b2b7dd8'
See problems dropdown

Expected behavior
Highlight the current problem in dropdown
