latest xcode adding through package manager : Package.swift has no manifest, could not resolv

I dont know if it help but i have M1 mac.

i think my package.swift will doesnt work
/sharkorm-master 2/SharkORM' contains mixed language source files; feature not supported
so maybe its needed to have extra target for C files and extra for another languages ?
