Currently It's posible to estabish connections in .Net with the broker with Certificates as SSL / TLS Support such as Python Clients or C++ clientes?

Not that I know of, no.
There is an open Pull Request #81 for SSL connection, but I don't know if it supports the SLL with different client/server implementations.
