Is write attribute fully supported?

Question

Based on #1367 it seems that write attributes aren't supported on client side. If so we should change it in https://github.com/eclipse/leshan/wiki/LWM2M-1.1-supported-features

This wiki page is about new LWM2M v1.1 feature.
It should be consulted in addition of : https://github.com/eclipse/leshan/wiki/LWM2M-Supported-features

The line about write attribute in https://github.com/eclipse/leshan/wiki/LWM2M-1.1-supported-features is just about adapting the API to support the "resource instance" level. That does not mean the feature is fully implemented.
I totally agree this could be confusing especially because there is the API but the feature is not implemented at client side...

So what should we do ?

Should I replace ":green_heart:" by :
💛 #534 ?
OR ⛔ #534 ?
OR any other ideas ?

If it's fully implemented on server side and not implemented on client side i would set server as 💚 and client as ⛔
