The issue is better described at : eclipse-californium/californium#1754

Fix are done at Californium side but for now in leshan there no notification about this.

We should keep this issue in mind when refactoring will be done for #1025.

This is now supported by Californium Transport Layer.
This is probably related to : #1560 and so not fixed for java-coap but as we already have an issue for it, I close this one.
