Does the lsp include maven related auto-completion inside a pom.xml?. Thanks

It doesn't, but as @snjeza mentions, there are extensions that do exactly that. Also see https://rgrunber.github.io/vscode/xml/maven/2023/07/28/vscode-xml-pomfile-support.html where I discuss some of the features.
