[BUG] Selecting a server from servers list dropdown, will add it to the servers list again

Describe the bug
Selecting a server from the servers list in the settings screen will add the selected servers on top of the servers list while it's already there. keep selecting servers will add to the list.

I debugged the code and a response of servers list return with

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1- Go to 'settings'
2- Click on 'server' dropdown
3- Choose another server or the same server
4- Go to 'settings' -> 'server' dropdown again
See the duplicated servers items

Expected behavior
The servers list items should not be duplicated
