Dear Developers,
Thank you for your helpful toolbox. I need to know the possibility of using phase-space files from EGSnrc in ompMC ? Or any other solution to let us use our desired machine ( We dont have primary fluence ,OF and ... to use https://github.com/e0404/photonPencilBeamKernelCalc ) .

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to use a phsp file with ompMC, at least from within matRad. I started implementing the possibility of using phase-space information in the matRad interface, but this is far from done and progresses slowly, as ompMC is not actively maintained by the original author(s).
In principle, you could obtain the information required to fit pencil-beam kernels from Monte Carlo simulations with your phase space (e.g. score primary fluence, depth-dose kurves for different field sizes, etc.).
We are currently also working on enabling a more sophisticated virtual source model for Monte Carlo, but as said unfortunately all of this progresses slowly as we currently have very few resources available to focus on photon Monte Carlo.
If you would like to contribute actively on such a feature, let us know, and maybe we could also invest some more resources on that side then!
