Unable to verify signed document

For generating a signed document we are using the latest eid-applet version (1.2.6). At service side we just implement the class AbstractCMSSignatureService. When trying to validate the eid-applet signed document with openssl, the following error is recieved.

Could you provide us a solution to this issue?

Hi Hannes,

We no longer support eid-applet-service-signer within the eID Applet project since our new Digital Signature Service saw light. The only reason why we keep eid-applet-service-signer within the eID Applet project, is for FedICT to be able to build the legacy eID Digital Signature Service. At e-Contract.be we abandoned using eid-applet-service-signer like 2 years ago.
