Ybar1(1:PP,1:QQ,i) = Ybar(:,QQ+1+(QQ+PP)*(i-1):QQ+(QQ+PP)*(i-1)+QQ);

One of these two lines fails if the system is non-square, i.e., if QQ != PP.
