Description

Review DB Schema and loader code and produce plan of action. Keys / Indexes / Updates / Redundant data/tables.
Investigate JSON object storage. Can it be simplified / regenerated from existing data in the database.

Deliverables

ERD / Improved documentation. Issues Raised for improvements

This main issue of the breaking snapshots will be substantially solved by the action capture functionality.
