Anvil Rename Clear

When a player renames an item via an anvil, the item's name will either reset or when item is placed in a shulker, broken, then re-opened, it will clear all items in a shulker.

Some of my players' shulker boxes disappeared or were cleaned probably for the same reason. However, I can't reproduce it locally yet. However one of our admin did reproduced the same result.
