Proposed feature or solution

Many people assume that their responses won't be published until clicking a submit/save button. While instantaneous updates are pretty fundamental to how things work now, and this avoids the issue of someone not saving their response, it does put some folks off. Adding a button without any actual functionality as a precursor for implementation of #6 may be worthwhile to avoid the question.

Agreed. This isn't very clear in the current flow. I've added "[your preferences] are automatically saved" to the instructions and a "Done" button below the editor that takes you to the Group tab. Commit 2b08563
