Proposed feature or solution

Ability to import or set a baseline availability for all, or individual, polls. The response could then be modified on a case-to-case basis.

Additional information

This requires some sort of implementation of #4.

It would be nice if availability could be defined in the same STAR range that the polls use at the smallest timeslot resolution (if #10 is implemented).

In the future, this feature could potentially be linked to one's calendar.
