🚀 Feature

Testphase Ended - Banner Information.

There is another pivot on the Test-Phase ended, which requires a new Konzept/Design Phase.

Claudia says that a banner is nagging the user too much, hence a banner solution or in somewhat persistent small info should be used instead of a Popup which breaks the user flow.

This needs to be clarified asap

#2526 is depended on that - and thats planned for the current sprint
