Change cluster test to stream commands while migration

See example test test_cluster_migration_while_seeding we can now send data to server while migration using fake_redis to replicate the data and at the end compare the server data to fake redis using capture.

This task is to change the other cluster tests that we have that do not send data while migrating to use new approach
