Not finding my .NET packages in VS COde #2143

Describe the bug.

VS Code won't load my .NET files

Please attach log file(s) here if you have any.

The log file location should be copied to your clipboard if you came from VS Code.

Reproduction Steps

I have reinstalled twice and added .NET 9

Expected Behavior

I should be able to use .NET tools

Exceptions & Errors (if any)
