Message source countries are not displayed

When I look at the dmac_aggregate reports the source countries are not colored. The map is displaying the countries but no colors for the message origins.

I was lookin for a layer to add to the map but did not find anything. Any ideas?

parsedmarc version 8.12, geopipupdate -v not showing any version.
