How to list the non-used Virtual machine using orphaned resources

Hi team,
Under compute I only see app services and VMSS. Is there a way to add and list the non used VMs (example: the decommissioned ones).
this will be very helpful to us and to our customers to delete the non-necessary resources.

The challenges are:

• How do you determine that a VM is orphaned?
• How do you define when a VM is decommissioned?

@dolevshor you are right, maybe it would make more sense to add a filter that lists the deallocated VM for a certain period (example: last 60 days), and then delete it with all the related resources.
