GET /failover error #1

If hetzner account doesn't have any failover ips, hetzner-cli will fail:

vozerov@mbp: ~/work/hetzner/bin$ ./hetzner -kinds="host"
hetzner: GET /failover got '404 Not Found' (cause: Not Found (404 NOT_FOUND))
vozerov@mbp: ~/work/hetzner/bin$
