Feature Request: pass on selection choices of manual resource pickers #103

Resources declared in orchestrated pipelines have a default version/ref/etc. but a manual override is possible. When the same resources are declared in the orchestration pipeline, it should be possible to pass on the values to the orchestrated pipelines. The Azure DevOps REST API allows for that: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/azure/devops/pipelines/runs/run-pipeline?view=azure-devops-rest-7.1#repositoryresource
