-SNAPSHOT in released POM

Hi, thank you for your great work and open source contributions with these projects.

I'm trying to use the AISLib version 2.8.4, but it does not load properly in maven because it refrences a ENAV 0.6-snapshot jar that is not on maven central. There is a 0.6 without snapshot on maven central.

Could you kindly release the partent pom without the -SNAPSHOT.

I also face the same issue. @borchsenius Is the project still maintained? Should I open a PR for the fix?
