The current editing model doesn't keep track of whether you've opened the diff for review, or finished reviewing it. I think we could optionally keep track of that (when you click on the review button, when you close the diff scratch buffer). We could also potentially capture which parts of the diff you've accepted vs not... I'm not sure if this additional context would be helpful for the model to make better sense of things.
