When eCAP av is enabled on Web Safety 9 (with Squid 6.10 inside) some or all connections seem to hang, making all AV check unusable. Disabling eCAP immediately fixes the issue and browsing become normal.

Current workaround - do NOT use eCAP AV on Web Safety 6.

Reason for this error is unknown.
