Describe the Problem

We are still using typescript 5.0x due to lacking eslint support.
The recent version is 5.7.0

Describe Your Preferred Solution

  • update typescript
  • update eslint & eslint plugins
  • test if app-toolbelt is still working (old ts version), because we faced some issues. CI checkAdministration does that auto
