It would be useful if it was documented how to get the current zoom and region info for a zoomable ImageService. This may be available via getTarget(), but calling it appears to return undefined. But, this is also slightly different than getTarget (which would be useful for other things).

This is encompassed by #178.

The concept of "current zoom" is problematic, but if all of #178 is done, you will be able to obtain the info you need.
