MVMO to reduce the area between two curves

I would lke to know how could I use your code to reduce the area between two curves, one of this curve is a defined curve with an equation and the second curve is to be optimize, so I have to find the optimal coefficients (a1, a2, s3, s4 and a5) for the second curve.
