Problem details

Complicated expl3-related loading cascade mishap, which varies with latexml version. Note that the article brings along its own expl3.sty and expl3-code.tex files, which is part of the problem. One of my own arXiv submissions fails for the same reason, at ar5iv:1404.6548.

In previous versions of latexml this could also lead to out-of-memory errors, as was originally reported in engrafo#1240.

In addition, there are reported packages that need new latexml support:
