GridEditorBase fires DomInserted event multiple times

I am using _Ext.GridEditorBase for detail editor it works perfect for new entry, but when I open same entry again the DomInserted event listening on details is fired multiple.time which cause delay in loading data in editor. When I did some debug found out that Setitems function on GridEditorBase causing the issue. How can I solve that? I can not Stop using dom event as it calculates totals based on detail editor items
