Explicit autoincrement

What about just being explicit on this and avoid possible future errors?

import {DB} from 'Kakapo';

const db = new DB();

db.register('user', userFactory);

const userFactory = (faker, constrains) => {
  return {
    id: constrains.autoincrement(),
    firstName: 'hector',
    lastName: 'zarco'
  };
}

So you mean explicitly providing the id per factory? Why is it better than the DB taking care of it?
