Not changed from "STARTING" to "SCAN_QR_CODE"

Hello,

We are frequently facing Some Technical issues.

• We are pulling the latest Docker container using an active key.
• After downloading, I have to run the docker container after accessing the service via the browser.
• After the scan, the QR Code status is not changed from "STARTING" to "SCAN_QR_CODE"

• Frequently Facing this issue

Hi! When it happens - is there anything in docker container logs? You can get it by executing docker compose logs -f and trying to restart the session. It would shed some light!
btw does session restart helps?
