É preciso saber/identificar se a conta de twitter viculada pelo usuario possui o Twitter blue e, caso ela tenha, ela será capaz de fazer publicações com o limite de caracteres maior.

Queue

Aguardar a API do twitter estar pronta por parte do backend pra podermos levantar esses questionamentos
