Hi,

The endpoints /api/v2/sso and /api/v1/sso/failover exist in the SDK but not yet in the provider.

Adding them will permit to maintain SSO settings and failover URL: doing that we can, for example, also use Terraform for building 1Password vaults with all required access informations easily.
