Discover/ places (genesis city- favourites): some thumbnails are not being loaded at times and are being replaced by the minimap image, instead

Description:

This issue takes place randomly when the user goes to Discover/ places (in these two areas so far: genesis city and favourites). When getting there, some thumbnails are not being loaded and are being replaced by the minimap image, instead:

When this happens, this just takes place for some users, but not for some others. No rule has been found so far to trigger this. As a result, it seems to happen randomly to some users.

This issue doesn't seem to take place in https://places.decentraland.org/places/

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the discover menu
2. Go to Genesis City

Current behaviour: at times, some thumbnails are not being loaded and are being replaced by the minimap image, instead

Expected behaviour: all thumbnails should properly load

This issue is related to CORS policy, we don't have a easy way to repro this, as it's quite random

Closing the issue since the repro rate is too low and, as Aga mentioned, it's quiet random.
