New scene details screen

When creating a new scene with the Creator Hub, you first select a template (or empty scene), and then you're suddenly in the editor.

We should first prompt you to provide the name of the scene, and optionally the folder path.
We could also in the future let you set more things in this screen

Providing a name now helps organize the files better, so you don't end up with "new scene" all over the place.
Setting the path can help you in case you have specific needs. For example, if you want to keep all scenes of a certain type in a special folder, or if you only can create GitHub projects out of folders on a specific path.
