When deploying to a World there is an infinite "Publishing..." loading screen

Windows 11

null

Expected Behavior:

World deployment working properly

Current Behavior:

World deployment causes infinite loading

Steps to reproduce:

-open Creator Hub
-deploy a scene to a World
