Creator Hub | "Learn more" Hyperlinks are not clickable

📔 Issue Description:

When creating a new Action component for Video Streaming, the "Learn more" hyperlinks next to the URL question mark are not clickable.

STR:

1. Open Creator Hub
2. Add an entity with an "Action" component and choose "Play Video Stream"
3. Hover over the question mark next to the URL
4. Try to click on the "Learn more" hyperlink

✔️ Expected Result:

"Learn more" hyperlinks are clickable and lead to "Learn more" pages

❌ Actual Result with evidence:

"Learn more" hyperlinks are not clickable
