"Copy motion" button

Proposed changes

• A "Copy motion" button is added to the Motion Generator
• When clicked, the motion, complete with it source and an infoslide (if applicable) is copied to clipboard. Proposed format:

"[motion]"
~[source]

With infoslide:

Motion: "[motion]"
Infoslide: [infoslide]
~[source]

• A "Motion copied to clipboard" message is displayed to indicate a successful copy

Rationale
The Motion Generator is targeted at debate clubs and organizers of closed tournaments (public tournaments usually introduce new motions). Organizers might want to send the motion to debaters. As of now, one has to select the motion manually and copy it. Such a button will simplify it immensely.
